<p>However, recent research prove that the excessive taking of Vitamin C can bring side effect. What is so called Vitamin C Overdose? Overdose or excessive taking of Vitamin C can be shown as consuming more than 100 mg per day of vitamin C</p>
<p>The Symptom Of Vitamin C<br />
1) Diarrhea.<br />
This symptom however, not accurate enough. It also considered as below potentially dangerous levels.<br />
2) Nausea<br />
3) Strong smelling Urine<br />
4) Mouth ulcers<br />
5) Gas<br />
6) Bloating<br />
7) Upset stomach<br />
This seven symptoms are kwon as minor symptom..</p>
<p>Major symptoms and longterm effect of excessive of Vitamin C bring more critical problem such as:<br />

* Vitamin B-12 deficiencies<br />
* Copper deficiencies<br />
